How do kinetochore proteins regulate dendrite patterning?
The C. elegans PVD neuron is uniquely suited to study the driving forces behind dendritic patterning. We have found that kinetochore proteins regulate cytoskeletal dynamics to sculpt its dendritic architecture (please see the following publications form our lab: Ouzounidis 2023 and Domingos 2024).
